In a neo-Georgian listed building designed by British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens, this 4-Star classic hotel is in the heart of Bloomsbury, made famous by the artistic and intellectual Bloomsbury Group, including Virginia Woolf, John Maynard Keynes, E. M. Forster and Lytton Strachey. The Dominion Theatre, home of hit musical We Will Rock You, is a few hundred feet from the doors of the hotel. The British Museum is 0.2 miles away and Covent Garden, with the Royal Opera House, cafes, restaurants and markets, is 0.4 miles away. Other nearby attractions are the Cartoon Museum (0.2 miles), the Shaftesbury Theatre (0.2 miles), the Cochrane Theatre (0.4 miles), Central Saint Martin’s College of Art and Design (0.5 miles), Sir John Soane's Museum and Lincoln’s Inn Fields (0.6 miles).
