Our Comment: First class location in Bloomsbury, just south of Russell Square. However, beware of traffic noise at the front on Southampton Row.
From here you can easily walk to many well know places including Oxford Street and Theatreland.
The hotel gets many very good reviews regarding cleanliness, the staff and the bedrooms.

An elegant Edwardian hotel, Bloomsbury Park offers good facilities, great service and a warm welcome. It has 95 bedrooms with the modern comforts you would expect.

Bloomsbury Park, a Thistle Associate hotel, is on Southampton Row, a major thoroughfare running through Bloomsbury and well served by buses on routes 168, 188, 59, 68, 91, N91, X68 to destinations including Trafalgar Square, Kings Cross and St Pancras stations, Camden, Aldwych and beyond. You can catch Eurostar trains from St Pancras International. The nearest tube station is Holborn (0.3 miles away), on the Central Line and Piccadilly Line, which has a direct service to London Heathrow Airport. To get to Victoria mainline rail station, Victoria Underground and the nearby Victoria Coach Station, take the Central Line to Oxford Circus and then the Victoria Line. You can get a fast train from Gatwick Airport to London Victoria. Stations in Central London are in Travelcard Zone 1.
