The Cromwell Crown Hotel's location is superb, and the hotel's room rates are very competitive for an area notorious for its high prices; however it is let down by a lack of basic amenities, especially when well-appointed hotels in Earl's Court and Kensington offer free Wi-Fi and breakfast inclusive in the room rate for the same price. The hotel is comfortable and if you are not planning to spend much time in the hotel, and you aren't travelling on business, this may be suitable for you.
