Situated just across the road from Shepherds Bush Green in West London, the Grantly Hotel is located in a traditional white building that was built in the early 20th century as a mansion. It has been tastefully converted into a good quality bed and breakfast hotel.
The bedrooms at the Grantly are comfortable, well-appointed and offer a good value for money. Rooms available include singles, doubles, twins, triple rooms and family rooms and most have a pleasant view over the grassy common at Shepherd's Bush Green. All the guest rooms have snugly beds, colour TV, hair dryer, extension telephone line, clock, tea and coffee making equipment and en-suite facilities with a shower and a WC as well as complimentary toiletries. The hotel is only three minutes walking from Shepherd's Bush Underground station, which is on the Central Line of the London Underground, and is three minutes from Goldhawk Road Underground station, on the Hammersmith & City Line. Hammersmith Underground station, on the Piccadilly Line and District Line, is also nearby. Stations in the area are in Travelcard Zone 2. If you fly in to Heathrow Airport, it is very easy to get to the hotel with a direct tube train on the Piccadilly Line.
Several London buses stop close to the hotel, including numbers 49, 72, 94, 148, 207, 220 and 295, which can take you to most of London’s top destinations, while night bus N94 is very useful for those who like to party late into the night but still get back to their hotel easily. Airport bus A2 also stops at Shepherds Bush Green, with a route to Heathrow airport. If you are travelling by car, the area is outside the London Congestion Charge Zone.
