Those who come to London to stay in a quaint Victorian building and live out a Downton Abbey fantasy, will be put off by the Holiday Inn's ultra-modern style, and the hotel is pricier than many of the hotels nearby, however, the excellent location means that you can easily walk to many of London's sights and attractions and transport links are very good. If you choose to stay here, rooms on the upper floors tend to be quieter, especially towards the back of the hotel, so these are recommended if you are a light sleeper.
