Having your own kitchenette is a real plus, so if you need somewhere cheap in a good location this is a good option, however guests should be aware that the rooms are in need of some refurbishment and other hotels in the area such as 1 Lexham Gardens offer superior rooms closer to Kensington. If you do stay here, be aware that the lift is small, so disabled guests and those with large suitcases might struggle, and if you've booked a balcony room, these are largely decorative, so don't expect to use it unless you weigh about as much as a London pigeon.
