"An up-to-the-minute luxury boutique hotel near Hyde Park"
On a quiet street on the edge of London's magnificent Hyde Park and close to Paddington, La Suite West is a stylish, minimalist, boutique hotel.
The aesthetic at this 4-Star urban cool hotel forms the impression of a stark temple of black and white, where clean lines meet sharp angles and sculptural forms. A corridor of inky-black marble floors leads guests up to a long white marble reception desk. Swaths of black and white follow guests inside each room, where dark, individually crafted, four-poster beds and black rubber chairs set off whitewashed rooms and marble bathrooms. An infusion of Asian details, such as the thick, black, wood shutters in each room, add depth and a touch of Zen to the design.
There are 80 bedrooms. Types available include standard double bedrooms, twin rooms, superior rooms, executive rooms and junior suites. All the guest rooms are equipped with the facilities expected of a deluxe hotel and include Molton Brown amenities, Frette towelling, bathrobes and linen, rattan flip flops, refrigerator with mini bar, tea and coffee equipment, hair dryer, laptop safe, 32” flat screen television, UK, US and European sockets and air conditioning. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is available and also complimentary newspapers. There is a telephone in each room. Cots are available for babies and there are some interconnecting rooms. Accessible rooms are available for those with disabilities and there are bedrooms on the ground floor.
