Paddington Court Rooms is situated conveniently in central London, offering guests a comfortable base in this fascinating area. Once renowned for its public executions (to dance the 'Paddington Frisk' means 'to be hanged'), the area is nowadays known for its stunning station, designed by engineer extraordinaire Isembard Kingdom Brunel and its fantastic links to Heathrow Airport, just 15 minutes away on the Heathrow Express Train. With comfortable, spacious and airy accommodation coupled with an attentive service we provide an idyllic base from which to explore London.

Guest rooms at the hotel range from Standard to Club, to Executive and are well appointed and decorated in a tasteful contemporary style with a muted colour palette and includes thoughtful design touches such as vases of flowers. In-room amenities cater for all the requirements of the modern business and leisure traveller, including, international plug adapters, ironing facilities, a TV, air conditioning, a direct-dial telephone, complimentary Broadband internet and an electronic door locking system for extra security.

The hotel also offers guests a range of facilities to make your stay hassle free and as relaxing as can be, thee include multi-lingual staff, fax and photocopying, a luggage room, and a restaurant and bar where you can enjoy a complimentary full English breakfast to start your day, a light meal in the evening or a quick tipple before hitting London's vibrant nightlife. The area also has a fantastic range of eateries which reflect London's multi-cultural community, from pubs The Mitre and The Swan just a short walk away where you can get traditional British fare, to the hearty North African fare of nearby Edgware Road, you won't go hungry.

The hotel enjoys a fabulous location for sight seeing and making the most of this fascinating city. Hyde Park is a mere stroll away, where you can hire a tennis court or watch a concert in summer weather, or be inspired by The Serpentine Gallery's modern art collection if the weather isn't so good. Kensington Palace and Gardens lies to the west of the hotel, where you can tour the former home of Princess Diana and pay your respects at her Memorial in the stunning, landscaped gardens before heading to The Orangery Restaurant for a scrumptious afternoon tea. If you want to pick up something unique, Kensington has a fantastic range of boutiques tucked in amongst historic town houses and leafy garden squares. Or if you just want to shop until you drop, Oxford Street to the East, just past the Marble Arch monument, has over 300 shops to explore, which will keep shopaholics entertained for the duration of your stay. If you are travelling with kids, Madame Tussaud's waxwork museum and The Planetarium in nearby Baker Street will provide them with hours of slyly educational fun.

The hotel is easily accessible from Paddington Station where the London Heathrow Express arrives every 15 minutes. You can also access Victoria Station for the Gatwick Express Train and King's Cross St Pancras for the Eurostar Terminal. Queensway and Bayswater Underground stations are also both a five-minute walk away. If you are driving to the hotel, it can be accessed from the main A4 road, via the M4 and M25; however, guests should note that the hotel is in the congestion charge zone. A reasonable car park choice is the NCP just a few minutes walk away in Queensway.

The hotel has had very favourable reviews from previous guests, especially noting the bright public areas, friendly staff and comfortable rooms, all provided for a very affordable rate. If you can stretch your budget a little, a Club Room offers extra value for money without breaking the bank and usually tends to be more spacious than Standard rooms.
