There is also a continental breakfast selection, including croissants, as well as cereal, porridge and yoghurt - including calorie-counted portions. If you are in a hurry, you can also take advantage of a grab-and-go breakfast of a croissant and a Costa coffee or tea.
For main meals the onsite Table Table restaurant offers a fresh twist on eating out. The menu is extensive. It includes classic dishes such as fish and chips; ham, egg and chips; and sausage and mash, but also includes international cuisine including curry and fajitas. Vegetarians can enjoy butternut squash and lentil curry. If that isn’t enough, there are grills, burgers, pasta and risotto dishes, salads, sharing platters and plenty of side orders. Delicious starters and puddings are also available and on Sunday the restaurant served a delicious traditional Sunday roast dinner. The children’s menu also has plenty of choice with items that will tempt kids, such as sausages, fish fingers and pizza, as well as healthy vegetables and fruit. Special food for toddlers is also available and on Sundays there is a kid’s Sunday roast.
If you want a light meal or a snack, the bar serves sandwiches, baguettes, jacket potatoes, sharing platters and nibbles as well as a range of main meals including lasagne, steak and fish and chips. Drinks are, of course, also available at the bar.

Dunstable, where the hotel is situated, is a lovely market town in Bedfordshire, on the outskirts of Luton. Dunstable is on the eastward side the Chiltern Hills, which are beautiful to explore and for country walks and days out. The town has two theatres – the Grove Theatre and the Little Theatre, as well as a sports centre with a swimming pool and lots of great restaurants and shops. There are plenty of interesting things to do and places to go within striking distance of the Premier Inn Luton/Dunstable Hotel. One of the biggest attractions in the area is Whipsnade Zoo, which you can get to by car in just 17 minutes.
For drivers, the hotel is close to J11 of the M1 motorway and is very easy to find by road. It has free parking. Luton airport is a 10-minute drive from the hotel, making this a very convenient place to stay before or after a flight. Transfers to Luton Airport from the Airparks' car park, near Luton Airport, are available and it is a good idea to allow at least 30 minutes for the transfer. Parking packages can be booked, which include parking at Airparks' car park. Luton railway station is also a 10-minute drive away, and has trains to Central London.
