The hotel is very well located for transport; with Paddington Station and Underground just a few minutes' walk away. The Heathrow Express Train terminates here, so you can carry on your journey to the hotel with ease if arriving from abroad. Paddington tube station services the Hammersmith & City, Circle, District and Bakerloo lines, so you will have no trouble reaching other parts of London and you also have direct links to Victoria Station (where the Gatwick Express Train terminates) and King's Cross St Pancras Station (where the Eurostar terminates). If you are driving to the hotel, it is situated just off the main A4 road, which can be accessed via the M4 and M25; however, guests should note that the hotel is in the congestion charge zone. To park overnight, your best option is the NCP Car Park at Arthur Court; just a few minutes walk away from the hotel.
The combination of very cheap room rates and a stunning, convenient location is irresistible, hotel decor may not be as grand as other hotels in the area, but this is a fair compromise to make if you want to stick to a tight budget, especially since the staff are so friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but many fantastic eateries are within walking distance such as Kaya for unique Korean food, Angelus Restaurant for gastropub fare and The Frontline Club for something a little more delectable in the famed war journalist members' club.
