The St Giles has an incredible location right in the heart of the West End.
Whatever you want to find within the city, it will be within easy hailing distance of the hotel. However, some guests have found that the rooms and beds have been particularly small, and that, in their keenness to welcome as many guests as possible to the 705 rooms, certain systems may well not work as well as they should. These have included long queues for the lifts at popular check-in and check-out times leading to some people having to carry their bags up and down many flights of stairs.
It is a good, basic, comfortable choice right in the centre of town, but it lacks some luxuries and some attention to detail.
In saying this, the price offered at the St Giles is amazing value for such a central location.
